This varietal is cultivated from a collection of eleven family-owned and operated coffee farms, located in the municipality of Coldono, within the department of Cauca, Colombia. Through a shared commitment to environmentally friendly coffee cultivation, these families produce traceable community blends and coffee profiles unique to their region by carefully harvesting cherries, de-pulping, fermenting, and gently washing and drying on raised beds. This process highlights the natural papaya, lime, caramel, and milk chocolate flavors of the Colombia Caldono blend.
